Since 2015, Catherine Bosc Bierne grows organic vegetables and medicinal and aromatic plants (peppermint, lemon balm, chamomile, thyme, tarragon, hyssop, etc.). Her farm is 3,5 hectare wide. Vegetables are sold in the shop, in Milly-la-Forêt, where you can also buy pepper mint syrup and sweets.
